Position Overview
The Full Time Program Manager position oversees the organizations Intensive Clinical Service Management and Peer Support Services, including direct supervision of corresponding staff. This position reports to the Clinical Director.

- Have earned a master’s in social work and are at least 2 years post-graduation.
- Can demonstrate at least 3 – 5 Years of direct supervision/management experience provided with a collaborative, supportive, and growth mindset.
- Have demonstratable experience working with victims of crime and trauma in a timely, sensitive, and supportive manner based on trauma informed practice principles.
- Model a rights-based, harm reduction, and social justice framework.

What You’ll Do…
Trauma Informed Supervision
- Interview, hire, train, onboard, and effectively provide direct individual and/or group supervision, support, and professional development to Service Managers, Peer Specialists, and students.
- Provide a structured work environment with clear instructions and expectations for activities while maintaining effective
- Assign and monitor balanced workloads of all supervisees.
- Oversee & coordinate client caseloads, waiting lists, and drop-in center office coverage.
- Communicate with leadership about Service Team needs.
Program Management
- Promote effective and efficient utilization of clinical resources.
- In conjunction with the Clinical Director, participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives for Healing Action’s direct service delivery.
- Effectively lead and coordinate programmatic needs, such as organizing/streamlining staff service processes, including program inventory, organization of services, and special initiatives
- Provide training and support regarding program services to fellow staff Members, answering questions, explaining processes, services, providing input on community resources/support procedures.
- Maintain communication between partner agencies and Healing Action Network for coordination and scheduling.
- Develop, grow, and maintain community partnerships and referral sources that further Healing Action’s mission.
Trauma Informed Practice
- Establish a helping relationship, assesses complex problems, selects problem solving interventions and help Members function effectively.
- Support Members and staff in accessing community resources, including housing, public transportation, state benefits, employment development, childcare, and social networks.
- Provide psychoeducation and therapeutic skills to promote Member recovery.
- Inform Members and staff about community and natural supports and how to use these in the recovery process.
- Participate in Supervision, Service Team meetings, and All-Agency meetings.
- Administer a variety of pre/post assessments and evaluations to ensure effectiveness of services.
- Work with Team to strengthen the infrastructure required to expand and deliver comprehensive services.
