- Crisis Intervention: Respond to immediate client needs by providing trauma-informed crisis support. You will assess urgent situations, de-escalate crises, and coordinate emergency resources, ensuring the safety and stabilization of clients in moments of acute distress.
- Therapeutic Support: Establish therapeutic relationships with clients, assess complex challenges, and collaborate to develop solutions that foster recovery and independence.
- Safety Planning: Assist clients in creating comprehensive safety plans that reflect their unique needs and circumstances.
- Resource Navigation: Help clients access essential community resources such as housing, healthcare, legal services, and education.
- Psychoeducation: Provide psycho-educational support to enhance client understanding of trauma and develop coping mechanisms for healing.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and all-agency gatherings, ensuring a collaborative approach to client care.
