Healing Action is continually on the lookout for compassionate, caring, and motivated individuals to fill a variety of positions and ensure the success of our agency and the members we serve.
Our members’ well being and healing is the primary focus of Healing Action; therefore we require all volunteers to complete a volunteer application, a background check , training, and a minimum time commitment.
Healing Action is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to provide supervision to children while their parents/guardians participate in Healing Action programs and services. We are looking for volunteers who can work any of the following shifts: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-12:30pm and 12:30pm-4pm. More detail for this position can be found here. Healing Action has current opportunities for administrative and organizational tasks such as tagging and organizing items in our Boutique for members, assisting in donation pick up, addressing envelopes, and other tasks.
Healing Action’s virtual volunteers assist with meeting survivor needs through donation acquisition, reaching out to local businesses for education and awareness, social media advocacy, and other items that are as needed.
