The Quality & Impact Specialist ensures the agency’s programs meet funder and regulatory requirements while promoting excellence in program design, implementation, evaluation, and impact reporting. This position collaborates with across services, advancing evidence-based practices, outcome measurement, data analysis, and grant reporting processes to strengthen our programmatic operations and community outcomes. The Full Time Housing Navigator plays a pivotal role in our organization, assisting survivors in securing safe and stable housing in the St. Louis Metro area. They will work closely with survivors to understand their housing needs, provide support in navigating the housing market, and advocate for their rights as tenants. The Housing Navigator will also collaborate with landlords, community partners, and the Continuum of Care (CoC) to expand access to safe and affordable housing options for survivors.  Learn More.

AmeriCorps Opportunities

Healing Action Network’s AmeriCorps VISTA program focuses on providing services to survivors of human trafficking by building the capacity of organizations working in underserved areas of Missouri. AmeriCorps members in the VISTA program work full-time with a host organization to engage communities and leverage resources to increase their impact and improve lives. Healing Action Network serves as an intermediary, connecting organizations and AmeriCorps members, and ensures that the member’s service to the host organization is sustainable and beneficial in the long term.   • Media & Communications AmeriCorps VISTA

The Media and Community Engagement VISTA will build Healing Action Network’s capacity by curating digital content to bring new funders and supporters to the organization and create partnerships with community stakeholders to meet the needs of survivors. For more information, CLICK HERE.

  • Grants Expansion VISTA

The VISTA will do this by researching, identifying and writing new grants for Healing Action Network. They will also assist organizational staff with data collection, grant reporting, and evaluation of program databases. For more information, CLICK HERE.

VISTA members will improve the organization’s financial processes, create and refine grant reporting and financial tracking systems, and design and implement tools to assess and monitor financial sustainability and compliance. Learn more.

The Community Education Coordinator is responsible for writing for capacity growth for MoCATE, community and members. This is an internship designed to provide a diverse group of individuals with the opportunity to practice in skill set areas such as public policy, networking, event planning, communications, professional writing and most importantly the opportunity to advocate for systematical change and increase organizational capacity. Build the capacity of the Missouri Coalition Against Trafficking and Exploitation, by researching and completing grants to provide sustainable funding for community education efforts in Missouri. Duties: Researching and finding new grants and funding sources Planning and writing grant applications. Developing a quarterly report to measure grant application success Developing content management tools for specific funding application types Participate in coordinated community response (CCR) committee, and other workgroups as necessary. Practicum Opportunities

As a Clinical Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering trauma-informed service coordination services. This is not traditional case management; the complexity of working with survivors of human trafficking requires advanced clinical skills. You will provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management, assisting clients with navigating resources and creating individualized plans for recovery. Learn more.

As a Trauma Therapy Practicum Student, you will provide direct clinical therapy services to survivors of human trafficking. This practicum emphasizes a trauma-informed approach, requiring advanced therapeutic skills to support clients with complex trauma histories. Through this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients at various stages of recovery, providing individual and group therapy in a client-centered, empowering environment.
