Founder's Story

In 2005, Katie Rhoades began courageously sharing her story as a survivor of trafficking and exploitation. Through public speaking, mentoring other survivors, and consulting with agencies serving victims of violence, she became a powerful advocate for change.

Ten years later, Katie founded Healing Action Network—a direct response to the gaps in care she experienced during her own healing journey.

Today, Healing Action Network has supported over 700 survivors, offering comprehensive services that prioritize safety, dignity, and recovery.
